To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of each plan, including pricing, are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your account will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Stripe, Google Maps, or messaging platforms). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTBRIDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HostBridge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HostBridge regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
